Dingxin Bio’s Functional Additive Green Manufacturing Project: Going All Out to Accelerate Production and Unleash a New Engine for Development
Oct 20,2025
Stepping into the Dingxin Bio Functional Additive Green Manufacturing Project, we see modern factory buildings rising one after another. Inside the workshops, six brand-new automated phosphate production lines are operating at full speed, and workers are busily yet efficiently carrying out equipment adjustments and production tasks.
The project is invested and constructed by Shandong Dingxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. with a total planned investment of 265 million yuan. It primarily includes the construction of a research and development center, a production workshop, and a finished-product warehouse, with a total construction area reaching 34,000 square meters. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will have an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of high-quality phosphates, generating an estimated annual sales revenue of 1.1 billion yuan and tax contributions of 21 million yuan, while also creating 200 new jobs.
Behind the rapid advancement of the project lies Longjiacquan Subdistrict’s precise and efficient service support. “We have always adhered to the philosophy of ‘projects first, efficiency paramount,’ closely monitoring project sites every day, responding promptly to enterprises’ needs, and actively coordinating with relevant villages and communities to expedite land clearance. At the same time, we’ve been working closely with approval authorities to adopt a flexible acceptance approach and implement parallel approvals, ensuring seamless coordination of all procedures and achieving ‘commencement immediately upon land acquisition,’” said Cai Yugeng, Party Secretary of Longjiacquan Subdistrict. “By focusing on service delivery, progress tracking, and tangible results, and by employing mechanisms such as dedicated task forces, visualized management, and milestone-based control, we’re driving projects forward swiftly and ensuring their rapid implementation and production. Moving forward, we’ll continue to concentrate our efforts on providing comprehensive, full-cycle services for project development—targeting specific challenges, delivering precise services to enhance efficiency, and contributing even more of Longjiacquan’s strength to accelerating the construction of a county that is both more robust and of higher quality.”
“From site selection and land preparation to speeding up approvals and ensuring the availability of key resources, the dedicated service team from the subdistrict has always stood by our side. They’ve not only helped us tackle practical challenges such as securing construction power and relocating pipelines but have also given us confidence and strength at critical moments. Currently, our production lines have successfully entered the trial-production phase one after another, and our production capacity is expected to increase fivefold, laying a solid foundation for us to seize a leading position in the high-end market,” said Gao Faxin, Chairman of Dingxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with deep emotion. “Looking ahead, we’re confident that within three years, our company will rank among the top three phosphate industry players nationwide, continuously injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of Yishui’s industrial economy.”
As a high-tech enterprise founded in 2007, Dingxin Bio has long been dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of high-quality phosphates. The company holds 16 core patents and has been recognized as a “Specialized, Fine, and New” enterprise in Shandong Province as well as a provincial-level enterprise technology center.
